Biography

Barbara Flesche is EVP Europe at Statkraft and a member of Group Management since 2022. She leads the development and operations of Statkraft's European portfolio across hydropower, wind, solar, gas-fired power, batteries and grid services. Barbara came to Statkraft as CEO of Solarcentury following its acquisition, later serving as CFO in Statkraft European Wind and Solar before she took on the role as EVP Europe. She holds a Masters degree in Economics and finance from University of Hamburg, Germany.
