Biography

Pierre Tardieu is Chief Policy Officer at WindEurope. He leads WindEurope’s Policy Department covering advocacy, market intelligence, energy system integration, industrial affairs and defence. Pierre also co-manages the Renewable Hydrogen Coalition and the RE-Source platform. He joined WindEurope in 2011 and has 2 decades of experience in shaping European policy. Pierre holds degrees from College of Europe, Paris Catholic Institute and Strasbourg Institute of Political Science. WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. It gathers over 600 members from across the wind energy value chain: wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, power utilities and wind farm developers, financial institutions, research institutes and national wind energy associations.
