Biography

Anntonette Zembrzuska Alberti is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in global energy and environmental policy, permitting, and regulatory strategy. She has worked on hundreds of energy projects worldwide, spanning the full project lifecycle from early-stage site selection through construction and operations across offshore wind, marine infrastructure, and large-scale energy systems. As Vice President of Strategic Growth at INSPIRE Environmental, a Venterra Group company, she works closely with INSPIRE’s subject-matter experts to expand the company’s internationally respected marine science, data-visualization, and science-communications services. Together, they help developers, regulators, and stakeholders apply clear, defensible environmental insights—powered by tools such as INSPIRE’s Pop-Up Map and next-generation analytics—to support responsible offshore wind and offshore industry development around the world.
