Biography

Teodora Barbuntoiu is a Geotechnical Engineer at Boskalis, specializing in offshore foundation installation. She holds a Master's degree from TU Delft (The Netherlands) and has advanced industry understanding of installation challenges associated with pre-installed scour protection, presenting her work at the 2024 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas. She is involved in all stages of offshore foundation projects — from feasibility and tendering to execution — bringing a comprehensive and integrated perspective to achieving safe and efficient operations.
