Biography

Annette Peters is a Principal Consultant and Team Lead at ERM based in Frankfurt, Germany. She has a background in environmental management and organisational psychology. During the past 11 years of her career, Annette has worked on various aspects of environmental, health and safety management, including EHS compliance, management systems and road safety. She has conducted numerous EHS compliance audits across different sectors and managed several global programmes. Annette's focus lies on safety culture transformation and behavioural safety, she manages and delivers safety culture transformation projects and safety leadership trainings.
