Biography

Annette Nienhaus is a Partner at ERM based in Hamburg, Germany. With more than 30 years of professional experience, she supports wind farm developers, operators and OEMs in advancing their environmental, health & safety (EHS) performance. She has worked extensively on both onshore and offshore wind assignments, including planning and permitting of onshore wind developments, developing EH&S management frameworks for wind farm construction sites, providing construction site on-site EH&S support as well as implementing safety culture diagnostics and transformation programmes. Ms. Nienhaus holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and European Energy Economics.
