Biography

Mrs. Mishima has worked in the information and communications industry for eight years. She is currently a researcher at NEC Corporation in Japan. She studied information science and engineering at Ritsumeikan University in Japan. After graduating, she has been involved in research and development of signal processing technologies for wide-area infrastructure monitoring, advancing applied research in various fields such as power generation facilities, railways, and factories. Her research focuses on signal processing, especially developing technologies to recognize events and detect anomalies from sounds and vibrations.
