Biography

Richard brings over 20 years of experience in the metocean sector, including more than a decade dedicated to offshore wind. His career spans leadership roles at industry-leading organizations such as Fugro, Ørsted, and AXYS Technologies—where he most recently held a Director-level role, establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO). Throughout his career, Richard has combined deep technical expertise in metocean and wind resource measurement with a strategic approach to technology deployment and client engagement. He has delivered significant value to offshore wind developments across global markets including the US, Europe, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.
