Biography

Mr. Ricardo Martínez Mendizabal. MSc in Mathematics and Statistics, he is a senior wind energy expert with more than 19 years of experience in the field. His extensive portfolio includes involvement in numerous onshore and offshore wind projects, spanning various development stages such as site prospecting, measurement campaign design, wind farm design, wind and energy assessments, noise and shadow analysis, SCADA data analysis, and wind farm performance evaluations. He has also contributed to the site assessment of numerous wind and solar projects, with a focus on specialized meteorological analysis. As a member of the wind resource department, he plays a key role in coordinating and providing technical supervision for projects. Additionally, he is an expert in processing wind data from remote sensing devices (SODAR and LIDAR) and actively participates in standardization groups such as MEASNET and IEC.
