Biography

Dr Ruby Roberts is Chancellor's Fellow of Industrial Psychology for the Aberdeen Business School, RGU. She conducts research to understand how people make decisions and behave in the workplace, specializing in human factors and safety in high hazard environments. Having worked in a range of sectors including energy and healthcare, she is now leading a fellowship to apply human factors research to the wind sector to support training standards, operator competence, and industry safety.
