Biography

Oliver Jin is a Data Scientist at Inmox GmbH (Vienna), developing AI-powered condition-monitoring solutions for wind-turbine drivetrains. Since 2024 he has led projects (AWS Digitalisierung AI-Start: Green; AI-Adoption: Green) building robust, interpretable SCADA anomaly detection, physics-informed simulations and machine-learning models that fuse real-time in-oil wear-particle sensing with SCADA analytics for earlier gearbox-fault detection. His work includes lab validation and field deployments across multiple operator fleets to prioritise inspections and reduce unplanned downtime. Oliver holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Vienna and has co-authored multiple research papers.
