Oleg specializes in finite element analysis and the application of international design standards (such as ISO, DNV, NORSOK, etc.) to complex projects. Oleg has led engineering and consultancy work on offshore wind turbines, floating platforms, and lifting equipment, ensuring their reliability under demanding environmental and fatigue conditions. His leadership and expertise have positioned him as a trusted authority in structural assessment for the energy field.
