Mrs. Simarro-Garcia holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently pursuing a PhD in electrical systems analysis. She works at RES Group as part of the R&D department, contributing to national and international projects on renewable integration, data management strategies, and methodologies to support facility maintenance. Her activities include developing innovative tools, modelling and simulating systems, and applying data-driven approaches to drive the digitalisation and modernisation of electrical networks. She also participates in international forums such as CIGRE, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the sector. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in mechanical and electrical system design, quality auditing, and railway infrastructure, which has strengthened her versatility and adaptability. In her current role, she combines technical expertise with practical innovation to deliver solutions that support the global energy transition.
