Biography

Dr. Mandev is a postdoctoral researcher at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He currently works in the Energy Systems Group under the division of Physical Resource Theory where he has been employed for the past 9 years in various positions. His research focuses on the societal impacts of wind power deployment in Sweden and Europe. He is an industrial engineer by background, with a masters in complex systems engineering and a PhD in energy and environment. In addition to his research on wind power, his expertise also covers transport systems, particularly the electrification of personal transport.
