Biography

Ally has over 7 years working in the offshore energy, in a wide range of projects in the UK with expertise in the Scottish Offshore renewables including subsea cables, offshore wind, tidal energy and oil & gas for marine mammals and ornithology. Ally has an in-depth knowledge of Scottish marine mammal ecology which she has taken the lead writing scoping, baseline and impact assessments for Environmental Impact Assessments, EPS licences and Habitat Resource Assessments. Ally has a strong technical background in baseline marine mammal surveys from her previous experience in DAS surveys throughout the North Sea, East coast of the US, Southern Australia and the Yellow Sea.. Ally has also led a team of analysts, providing expertise in species identification, data quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting.
