Biography

Mrs. Luana Nogueira holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). She is currently a researcher at the Creation Research Group/UFRN (Brazil). Since 2021, work has focused on wind energy, power-to-x, port infrastructure, and neo-industrialization, with expertise and research interests in offshore wind ports, green hydrogen, green steel, ammonia, and related applications. She has contributed to initiatives to advance green port infrastructure, including the project “Economic, Environmental and Value Chain Studies for the Technological Development of Port Infrastructure for the Offshore Wind Sector and Multiple Uses in the State of RN” (Government of Rio Grande do Norte - PAC), and is currently involved in the project “Logistics Chain and Offshore Wind Infrastructure: Development of a Decision Support Tool” (Petrobras).
