Biography

Louis Huang is a logistics modeling specialist at TNO, focused on offshore wind operations and maintenance. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from TU Delft and has three years of work experience in the wind energy sector. At TNO, he supports the development of the UWiSE simulation tool and has led R&D projects on data-driven maintenance strategies, robotic applications, and logistics calculation for floating wind and offshore floating solar.
