Biography

Ksenia Balanda is General Manager for the Italy offshore wind portfolio, responsible for the development of six floating offshore wind projects in Puglia, Calabria and Sardinia. With over 15 years of experience gained in leading companies in the energy sector, Ksenia has worked in several countries, holding various managerial roles and leading diverse teams. She began her career in the JV between Enel and ESN, later becoming head of development for Enel Green Power in Russia, before taking on the role of managing director in the same company in January 2018, before joining Nadara in April 2021. Since April 2024, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Offshore Renewable Energy (AERO). Since June 2024, Chair of the Ethics Committee at the same association. Since August 2025 she serves as member of the Board of the offshore wind companies.
