Biography

Katja Goertz is a Technical Director within ERM's Safe and Sustainable Operations Team (SSO) based in Hamburg with more than 10 years of experience in supporting clients in the implementation and maintenance of environmental, health & safety (EHS) management systems. She has in-depth experience in developing EHS management system contents, providing EHS management system trainings, supporting the local implementation of global EHS standards/procedures and supporting the preparation for certification and re-certification of EHS and energy management systems. She has a broad sector knowledge of EHS risks in the renewables sector and is experienced in the guidance during investment and planning processes in the wind industry.
