Biography
Dr. Alexander Zoller is a Research and Development Engineer at Arkema S.A., specializing in thermoplastic composite materials for sustainable energy applications. He holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden, a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the Université de Strasbourg, and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Aix-Marseille Université, where he focused on the simulation and optimization of Elium® resins. His work centers on the development and industrialization of recyclable thermoplastic composites, with a particular focus on wind turbine blade manufacturing, process adaptation, and closed-loop recycling. Dr. Zoller leads technical efforts to scale up sustainable composite solutions and supports lifecycle and cost analysis to demonstrate their viability. His expertise contributes to advancing circular economy strategies in the wind energy sector.Posters
