Biography

Jørgen Skagemo holds an MSc in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2023. Taking the step into the industry joining Nexans as a R&D engineer shortly after. Here he contributes to a broad spectrum of projects, spanning areas such as power flow analysis, cable design, and environmental impact assessments. At Nexans, Jørgen plays an active role in several cross-industry collaborations, including FME NorthWind, which brings together academia and industry to accelerate offshore wind technology.
