Project Engineer, UL Solutions
Biography
Ingrid Benga has six years' experience in the renewable energy industry. She is currently working as a project engineer at UL Solutions. She is responsible for a variety of services such as measurement device configuration, installation and monitoring, wind potential analysis, energy yield assessment, calculation of specific losses (acoustic, bats, birds, wind sector management, grid capacity, electrical) as well as wind farm optimization, in North Africa, Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining UL, Ingrid worked for a wind fam developer as a wind & sites assessment engineer for French and German projects. Her work was focused on handling measurements and performing energy yield assessments for wind projects in every stage of the development process, from prospection to financing. She is based in Lyon (France) and graduated from ESIGELEC (Rouen, France) in 2020 with an Engineering degree in Energy and Sustainable Development. Ingrid is also fluent in French and English.Posters
