Biography

Gwendoline Quentin is an experienced project manager and technical lead with a strong background in international offshore construction projects within the energy industry. She completed her studies and started her career as a survey scientist working on developing and improving a sub-bottom profiler system to generate images of buried objects and underwater sediments layer. She then joined the Oil & Gas industry, progressing through fabrication and offshore installation, with hands-on experience in both yards and vessels. Passionate about large scale projects, she has successfully managed large EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) scopes. Since 2020, she focused on renewables, particularly offshore wind, managing foundation construction and participating in bid and development phases. Her comprehensive experience across all project stages allows her to identify and implement the best solutions.
