Biography
Graeme has been involved in the wind industry since 2000 and has extensive experience of resource assessment and energy yield prediction work worldwide. A wind resource expert Graeme has extensive experience in all aspects of wind farm technical design and analysis. Specific areas of expertise include the use of lidar in complex terrain, advanced wind analysis techniques, CFD wind flow modelling in complex terrain and thermal regimes, onshore/offshore wake modelling, site suitability studies and detailed energy yield validation and reconciliation analysis. Graeme's current role includes the continual improvement of energy modelling techniques to improve modelling accuracy as well as combining modelling approaches to better understand the performance of operational wind farms for optimal asset management. Graeme also has extensive experience in wind farm design in the UK and Norway.Posters
