Biography

Dr. Grace Chang is a physical oceanographer with more than 25 years of experience leading projects involving field operations, data processing and analysis, and numerical modeling for environmental characterization, observational monitoring, scientific research, and technology development in support of marine renewable energy and oceanographic research. She received her Ph.D. in Marine Science and M.S. in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
