Biography
Francesco Lanni is a Researcher and Task Leader at RSE - Ricerca sul Sistema Energetico in Milan, Italy. His work focuses on the techno-economic analysis of hybrid offshore renewable energy systems, including wind, solar, wave energy, storage, and green hydrogen. He manages research budgets and serves as a technical lead in collaborations with research institutions. Previously, he worked at GSE - Gestore Servizi Energetici, where he was responsible for the operational management of incentivized photovoltaic plants and the evaluation of technical interventions related to module replacement and electronic waste disposal. Francesco holds a Master's degree in Energy Engineering with honors from Sapienza University of Rome and is a licensed professional engineer. He has authored several scientific publications and presented at international conferences such as EERA DeepWind and AEIT. His skills include energy system modeling, programming, and a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.Posters
