Alan is a chartered civil engineer having worked in marine, energy and bridge sectors for over 13 years. Alan has upheld multiple managerial roles alongside technical advisory in both front-end development and strategic asset management. Alan has led floating wind port studies and energy infrastructure projects within client-facing design & advisory services. Alan's maritime expertise includes marine structures, navigation, port design and consenting both in the UK and internationally. Alan's passion for the floating wind industry stems from his leadership of innovative change programmes and sustainable stewardship within the built environment.
