Biography

Civil Engineer and Master’s candidate in Energy and Sustainability, with over nine years of experience across infrastructure and energy sectors. He has contributed to the monitoring and performance evaluation of road, river, and railway projects aimed at improving logistics efficiency and reducing transport times. In academia, he has lectured on geotechnics applied to civil engineering projects and hydrocarbon operations. He has also led the design of residential and large-scale developments in Australia, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. He currently supports the offshore wind team at the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia, focusing on port infrastructure as a key enabler for the deployment of offshore wind projects.
