Biography

Tuna GÜVEN has over 25 years of international experience across the construction, pipe, flat steel, heavy industry, and energy sectors, having held senior executive roles in global and joint-venture Turkish companies. He has been active in numerous international markets, including Germany, Croatia, Macedonia, Russia, Slovenia, and Türkiye. Throughout his career, he has taken on executive responsibilities in holding, telecommunications, heavy industry, pipe, flat steel, automotive, machinery, and construction sectors; led organizational transformations; established and managed renewable energy portfolios; and provided consultancy to shareholders and boards on profitable growth, operational efficiency, second- and third-generation transitions, corporate change management, and leadership programs. He has been contributing to the development of the wind energy sector and its regulatory framework as a member of the Turkish Wind Energy Association since 2008. In 2024, he founded Getonport, offering tailored solutions in renewable energy, technology, and corporate growth. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Caterpillar USA), Black Belt (Borusan Holding), and holds Wind Turbine D and C Level certifications. He is married with two children.
