Biography

Carlos Martin Rivals is a senior executive and recognized leader in floating offshore wind, with more than 15 years of experience spanning project development, technology selection, supply chain strategy, and project finance. He is currently General Manager for Floating Offshore Wind at Dajin Offshore, a leading global foundations fabricator. Previously, he was founder and CEO of BlueFloat Energy, building it into a global developer in floating wind with projects. Carlos was Project Director for WindFloat Atlantic at EDPR. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from Insead.
