Biography

Charlotte is co founder and Managing Director of TechWorks Marine, a leading European marine data company specialising in integrated metocean and satellite Earth observation solutions for offshore wind. Under her leadership, TechWorks Marine delivers end to end data services for developers and TSOs – from multi buoy metocean campaigns and real time data provision through the secure CoastEye platform the company has developed and refined over the last two decades, to EO products that support offshore wind sites around the world. The EO4Wind project funded by ESA is one such example, using satellite data to understand wake effects between neighbouring wind farms and offering a cost effective alternative to extensive in situ measurements.
