Biography

Dr Helen Peramatzis is an energy delivery leader specialising in wind energy, innovation, and asset integrity across the low carbon energy system. As Head of Delivery for Energy at NCC, she leads complex programmes that translate strategy into safe, reliable, and scalable delivery. Helen has a background in materials engineering, with extensive experience in inspection, structural integrity, and asset integrity management for energy infrastructure. Helen has worked across the wind energy lifecycle, supporting the development and delivery of innovative solutions that strengthen system resilience, accelerate decarbonisation, and enable the energy transition at scale. She is particularly passionate about integrating new technologiesand building collaborative approaches that unlock the full value of onshore and offshore wind. She is passionate about enabling wind to play a central role in a resilient, affordable, and net zero energy future, bringing together engineering expertise, innovation, and collaborative leadership to accelerate the energy transition.
