Biography

Tobias is Deputy Head of the Offshore Wind Unit at the French Ministry for Economic Affairs. He and his team oversee technical site investigations and the preparation of preliminary environmental studies required for environmental impact assessments of offshore wind farms. He is also responsible for the unit’s international activities and follows offshore wind development in France’s overseas territories.
