Biography

Marta Januszewska is the New Markets & New Services Lead at Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL), where she focuses on adapting emergency preparedness and response capabilities to the offshore wind sector and the wider energy transition. With over a decade of experience across oil spill response, consultancy, contingency planning, training, and business development, she has worked closely with operators to strengthen preparedness and response across offshore asset lifecycles, including construction, operations, and decommissioning. Marta holds an MSc in Oceanography and MA in Political Science, with academic research focused on marine environmental protection.
