Biography

Elvira is a Consultant in the Offshore Wind team at Worley, where she has contributed to large-scale offshore wind developments since 2022. With an MSc in Wind Energy from the Technical University of Denmark, she combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on project experience. She specialises in applying advanced analytical methods and digital tools to optimise wind farm layouts, assess energy yield, and quantify uncertainties, helping developers make better-informed decisions. Her work includes Python-based modelling approaches that streamline complex assessments and improve efficiency compared to traditional methods. She has supported projects from early concept design through to FEED and has delivered feasibility studies on both fixed-bottom and floating wind opportunities across multiple regions.
