Biography

Partner in the Public Law department at PwC Spain, specialist in Energy regulation and public aid. Lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience advising utilities, energy companies (production, retail, transmission and distribution companies in the electricity, gas and oil sectors) and consumers (energy-intensive consumers and other industries and corporates). Her main areas of experience include proposal of regulatory measures (streamlining of the administrative procedure, repowering, configuration of subsidies, etc.), administrative and judicial appeals, PPAs, BPAs and HPAs, regulated remuneration regime, access and connection to the grid and permitting, due diligence, consultation on the interpretation of law, legal strategy, sanctioning procedures and liability claims. Included in Chambers & Partners ranking (2019-2025) in the field of “Energy and natural resources” and currently in The Legal 500 ranking in the field of “Projects and energy”.
