Biography

Edvald Edvaldsson is a mechanical & energy engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He has a broad experience from the offshore wind power industry from Ørsted (Denmark) and from the financial industry (UK and Iceland) for more than 14 years. Edvald has worked as a lead consultant for both project developers and wind turbine manufacturers since 2017 with Youwind, being its major clients Parkwind, Iberdrola and JERA. His specialty is layout design and yield calculations, wind resource assessments, technical project development, LCOE and financial evaluation.
