I am Donatas Celešius, currently serving as Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Enefit OÜ, one of the leading retail energy and renewable energy companies in the Baltic region. I am a senior energy executive with over 17 years of experience in renewable energy project development, management, and strategic leadership across the Baltics. My background includes extensive work in wind and solar energy, as well as emerging technologies such as battery energy storage systems (BESS) and biogas. I have a strong track record in delivering large-scale energy projects, managing assets and leading cross-border operations. I am a skilled communicator and decision-maker with strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, business development and strategic execution.
