With over 20 years of professional experience across multiple industries, most of it within the energy sector, Carlos has held international leadership roles at Vestas, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, and bp. Passionate about leadership development and people growth, he drives people strategy at RES to support business goals and position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
