Biography

Norberto Cuenca is Head of Competitor Intelligence, Market Studies and Strategic Analisys at Enel Green Power. He has held a range of senior international roles within the Enel Group, including country head of EGP Vietnam and EGP Korea and Head of Business Development for South Asia, based in Bangalore. Earlier in his career, he worked in Enel’s Carbon Strategy Division, focusing on origination and development of carbon assets under the Clean Development Mechanism. Before joining Enel, Norberto worked in China in the renewable energy and carbon trading sectors, contributing to the development of some of the country’s earliest foreign-invested wind developmets. He holds a double degree from École Centrale Paris and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with a specialization in energy engineering.
