Biography

Daniel Ribeiro da Silva has over 15 years of global experience (South America and Europe) in quality management, engineering, and operations, with a strong focus on improving processes and quality assurance in the wind energy industry. Currently Daniel is Quality Improvements Manager at Baettr and is responsible to steer multiple Quality Improvement projects across all Baettr sites around the globe (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, India and China). His work includes: • Cutting costs related to poor quality in wind energy castings • Tailoring problem-solving tools for the wind energy sector • Developing internal audit programs • Supporting quality efforts in new product launches for major wind turbine manufacturers. Daniel holds certifications as APQP4Wind Specialist, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
