Ocean Winds (OW) is an international offshore wind company, established as a 50/50 joint venture between EDP Renewables and ENGIE. As an end-to-end lifecycle player, OW develops, builds, owns, and operates offshore wind farms worldwide, driving the global energy transition. By 2026, its gross offshore wind capacity – including projects in operation, under construction, or with secured development rights – reaches around 21 GW.

Headquartered in Madrid, OW is present in eight countries with 19 projects, five of which are currently under construction in France, Poland and the UK. Its portfolio demonstrates deep expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable energy leadership.
