Buffet Lunch
Lunch is served every day of the event from 12:00 until 14:30 in Hall 9 and Hall 10.
Buffet lunch is included only with certain types of passes.
To check whether your pass includes the buffet lunch, please visit the Registration page.
Please note that buffet lunch vouchers cannot be purchased onsite, so we encourage you to verify your access in advance.
Cash outlets
If your pass does not include buffet access, you’ll still have plenty of choice.
Throughout the event, several cash outlets will be available, including grab-and-go options and food trucks located along the Avenida. The exact location and further details will be communicated at a later stage.
Business Lounge and Coffee Bar areas
Need a break? Looking for a quiet space to work or an informal place to meet? Our Business Lounges and Coffee Bar areas are available for all visitors during opening hours in the Exhibition and Conference areas.
What you’ll find:
- Complimentary coffee and tea in the Coffee Bars
- Specialty coffee available in the Business Lounges
- Comfortable seating for short breaks, work or impromptu meetings
- Open to all visitors – seating is first-come, first-served (no reservations)
Sustainability
Our Buffet lunch menu is in line with our sustainability strategy to minimise event’s carbon footprint. It offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and fish options. To reduce the event’s environmental impact, meat will not be served at our buffets, lowering the carbon footprint associated with meat products.
We are working with Mice Catering, our official catering partner who is one of the first catering companies in Spain to achieve the Eventsost Premium certification to provide the buffet lunch and catering in the Exhibition.
Together, we are implementing the following:
- Replacing single-use materials with reusable, compostable, and biodegradable alternatives
- Prioritising local, organic, fair trade, and seasonal products wherever possible
- Working exclusively with suppliers committed to fair labour practices
- Measuring carbon footprint of our catering
- Donating surplus food and collaborating with non-profit organisations
Food waste reduction
Our shared ambition is to move towards zero waste. We carefully plan quantities to minimise surplus food. When excess food remains, it is donated through partnerships with organisations such as olVIDAdos, an NGO that collects and distributes surplus food to disadvantaged families.
