“Wind Catalonia: unleashing the offshore floating wind industry” will feature a series of short success-story presentations by ACCIÓ, EolicCat, Port Tarragona, leading Catalan companies, and research centres already contributing to the wind energy value chain. Special focus will be given to the region’s emerging role in floating offshore wind, industrial capabilities, and its strategic Mediterranean positioning. This session will explore the unique strengths and opportunities of Catalonia as a future hub for offshore wind development, combining industrial capacity, research excellence, and port infrastructure.
