Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to examine the current situation concerning offshore wind development legislation in the three Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania) and Poland and to provide recommendations and regulation options for improving it, thereby facilitating the practical work for developers, policy drafters, legislators, and implementers of the provisions.
