Biography

Irina Sova is the Head of Quality of LM Wind Power, where her mission is to embed quality as the cornerstone of the company's products and interactions. Partnering across engineering, operations, and quality functions, she aims to ensure solid customer quality, operational excellence, and streamlined quality processes for agile delivery. Irina brings over 14 years of technical and operational expertise across the renewable energy sector, including both onshore and offshore wind. Her experience spans roles at RES, UL Solutions, GE Offshore Wind and Ørsted in asset management, O&M, service engineering and technical risk management. Irina holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from INSA (National Institute of Applied Sciences), France and she is currently based in Copenhagen.
