Biography

Since 2019, Borja Caruana has led the establishment and growth of Qualitas Energy in Germany, building a wind energy portfolio of over 3 GW across repowering and greenfield projects. With 14 years of experience in the wind industry, he oversees a team of more than 250 employees across six offices, managing the entire value chain – from origination and M&A execution to project development, construction, and operation. With his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Borja is committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions and fostering successful partnerships.
