Biography

Victoria is the cofounder of RepowerLab, a company transforming the wind energy sector through innovative solutions for end-of-life energy assets, including decommissioning, retrofitting, recycling, and resale of wind turbines. She has over 20 years of experience in sustainable finance, focusing on ESG strategies, renewable energy projects, and climate finance. Victoria has advised global clients on sustainability strategies, capital raising, and ESG investment tools, and has designed methodologies for ESG private equity instruments such as ESG Indexes and ETFs. She has led the execution of multiple projects funded by multilateral banks in areas like renewable energy and sustainability. Recently named one of DC's Top Women Leaders by The Women We Admire for 2024, Victoria is currently exploring the use of AI in sustainability. She holds an MPA from Columbia University and a BSc in Finance from Externado de Colombia, and has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University.
