1. Registration

Why am I asked to contribute?
We are running these events on a break-even basis, and your contribution comes back to you as any profit will go to fund our advocacy and analysis work on the wind energy sector’s behalf.
Speaker registration
As a speaker you are offered a 1-day complimentary pass for the day on which you are speaking and a discount to attend the second day of the event. No code is required.
PRICING: all fees listed below include Swedish VAT. Please note that the accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.

*This is the discounted additional 1 day pass offered in addition to the complimentary 1-day pass for the day on which you are speaking.
- All speakers need to register for at least one day of the event (i.e. the day of your session), or risk losing their slot. Deadline to register is 12 November.
- These speaker rates are only applicable to the listed speaker.
- On the registration page, click on [Register now]
- Enter your email address.
- Scroll down until you see until you see “Speakers” and click on [Register here] to start your registration as a speaker.
- If you did not receive a promo code, leave the field empty and click “Next”.
- You will then see the different options to register, select one of these options:
- a 1-day free pass for the day of your session.
- a discount for the second day pass.
- Finalise your registration.
2. Travel & lodging information
You are responsible for your own travel and hotel arrangements. To find more information on how to get to the venue and about our official accommodation service provider for the event, access the information via the button below.
3. Biography, job title & photo
- As a speaker, poster presenter or session chair, you are requested to submit the following information in the presenters’ portal:
- a short biography
- a headshot
- You can upload or modify them via the presenters’ portal. If you submitted an abstract, the picture and biography submitted during that process will be added by WindEurope.
- Biographies should summarise your current position, educational qualifications, brief career details and major work achievements, including any areas of specialisation. You should write in the third person and be clear and concise. (maximum 150 words)
Example: Mr. Windmill has been working in the wind industry for almost 20 years. He is currently a senior consultant at the International Wind Research Institute in Windtown. He studied electrical power engineering and automation at the University of Applied Science in Windtown. After his studies he spent 12 years at Company X in various roles and has been involved in projects Y and Z. His research is focused on the grid connection of electrical systems and components.
4. What if you can’t make it after all?
- Speaker or session chair substitutions are not allowed.
- If you need to cancel your attendance/presentation/poster, kindly inform the conference team as soon as possible and provide a recommendation for a replacement. The conference team will review your replacement proposal and inform you if approved.
- If there is no replacement, we may have to cancel your presentation or poster.
- Remote participation will not be possible.
