Domenico Di Domenico obtained a PhD degree in control engineering in 2008. Since 2009 he is a R&D engineer at IFPEN where he has been involved in several projects on innovative mobility and renewable energy. His main research interests lie in the development and the application of methodologies for for wind turbines control and for electric and hybrid vehicles modelling and control, in particular in the battery management . Other research topics include vehicle localisation and urban traffic modelling.
